Discover the Way We Worked at This Special Smithsonian Exhibit

See the special presentation from The Smithsonian Institution that is traveling the nation, now on display at the Enterprise Heritage Center and Museum! The exhibition, "The Way We Worked," is adapted from an original exhibition developed by the National Archives and explores how work became such a central element in American culture. The exhibition draws from the Archives’ rich collections, tracing the many changes that affected the workforce and work environments in America over the past 150 years to tell this compelling story.

This wonderful and educational show includes an audio station playing songs from the labor movement, a 1920s telephone, a manual typewriter, computer punch cards from the 1960s, and cellphones from today. See this exhibit while it lasts and learn how the idea of work in America evolved through the years!

At Central Manor Apartments in Daytona Beach, Florida, we believe it’s important to integrate yourself into the community, which is why we suggest attending this event. Meeting new people, having unfamiliar experiences, and joining neighborhood activities is the key to an exceptional lifestyle.
